Spur of the Moment is a North Carolina local business.
Born and raised in the Mooresville area, I have always enjoyed baking. At a young age my grandmother spent many hours teaching me how to bake and decorate cakes. We made most all of my birthday cakes together growing up. I have recently rekindled this love for cake decorating, and I could not think of a better way to carry on this love that my grandmother gave to me than providing cakes for you.
